The individual can create Python scripts that interact with and manage network routers, switches, access points, and other network devices. The ability to work with libraries designed for network automation and data structures commonly used is essential. The CPNAE certification proves that you can modify existing Python scripts, plan entire automation scripting projects, and create the necessary Python scripts to deploy automation projects.
While the CPNAE may not be a full-time programmer, the individual has sufficient knowledge of programming methodologies, requirements engineering, and systems concepts to effectively create and implement network-related Python scripts.
